Christmas in July
Come see us at the Fremont Fair this weekend. It runs all day Saturday and Sunday, June 21 and 22, 2025. The Fremont Solstice Parade starts at 1 PM on Saturday and gets over an hour to 90 minutes later.
We serve Free Mukilteo Coffee Roasters, Free Lemonade and doggie water to Fair goers. Cash donations are welcome and 100% of all funds collected are given to the Family Works Food Bank in Wallingford, the direct descendant of the Fremont Food Bank that began in our church basement about 1970 during the "Boeing Bust". We also let cars park in our lot, for a donation of $30 to the FamilyWorks Food Bank. A great cause and tradition for Fremont Baptist Church.
On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, join us in the sanctuary from 7 to 8 pm to sing hymns and carols of Christmas. We hold a Christmas Carol sing along in December. Having one in July is new for us. If you like Christmas hymns and carols and think December is too long to wait, join us! The singing in the sanctuary is informal, mostly using well-known hymns and carols found in our pew hymnals. It will be limited to Christian Christmas texts. We will have guitar and piano accompaniments, and might hear something played on our antique theatre organ.
