This is a project of mine to provide hymns pertinent to the readings in The Revised Common Lectionary Daily Readings.
It starts today, Tuesday, September 6, 2022. I'm sure I'll miss more days than I fulfill, but at least I've started.
Generally speaking, there are five readings (or "lections") for each day of the week, using the weekly Proper (which adds a Gospel reading) or the seasonal equivalent as the Sunday reading.
These five consist of a reading from the New Testament, and two readings each from the Old Testament and the Book of Psalms.
